Our corporation has abundant production equipment and devices, as well as comprehensive testing facilities. Our major equipment includes: 2 sets of continuous heat treatment furnaces with 1000kg/h production capacity, over 10 multi-functional automatic cold heading machines and over 30 sets of electric heating medium high frequency furnace equipment. Our testing equipment includes: pulling force testing machines of 100 ton, hardness meters, impact machines, magnetic detectors and spectrometers. The production capacity of our corporation is over 8,000 tons.
Our company mainly produces hex series, steel series, head square neck bolts, hexagon flange bolts, square heads, T type fasteners, hexagon head bolt cutter systems, nuts, screws and others, with specifications from M5 to M120, unlimited lengths, and levels of 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 and B7. Selected materials include 45#, 40Cr, 35CrMoA, 42CrMoA, 25Cr2MoVA, 35VB, 40CrNiMo and others. All products are widely applied in the industries of construction machinery, construction steel structures, ships, bridges, oil and chemical. Our products are sold in more than 20 domestic provinces or cities, and also exported to South America, Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia.
